For instance:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tengo dos hermanos espa\u00f1oles (I have two Spanish brothers) (Adjective)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Los dos est\u00e1n jugando al f\u00fatbol (the two are playing football) (Pronoun)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Cardinal numbers<\/h1>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 uno (un), una<\/p>\n<p>2 dos<\/p>\n<p>3 tres<\/p>\n<p>4 cuatro<\/p>\n<p>5 cinco<\/p>\n<p>6 seis<\/p>\n<p>7 siete<\/p>\n<p>8 ocho<\/p>\n<p>9 nueve<\/p>\n<p>10 diez<\/p>\n<p>11 once<\/p>\n<p>12 doce<\/p>\n<p>13 trece<\/p>\n<p>14 catorce<\/p>\n<p>15 quince<\/p>\n<p>16 diecis\u00e9is<\/p>\n<p>17 diecisiete<\/p>\n<p>18 dieciocho<\/p>\n<p>19 diecinueve<\/p>\n<p>20 veinte<\/p>\n<p>21 veintiuno<\/p>\n<p>30 treinta \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 31 treinta y uno\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 40 cuarenta<\/p>\n<p>50 cincuenta\u00a0 60 sesenta\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 70 setenta<\/p>\n<p>80 ochenta\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 90 noventa\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 100 cien (see below)<\/p>\n<h2>The Spelling and gender of cardinal numbers in Spanish<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Numbers from 0 to 30 are written as a single word<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Numbers from 31 to 99 are written as two words linked by except for the tens (20, 30, 40, 50,) : treinta y uno (31).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Numbers are masculine in general. For instance, throwing a six and a four with the dice in Spanish would be : un seis, un cuatro.<\/h3>\n<p>-\u00bfUno or una?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uno<\/strong> is replaced by <strong>una<\/strong> if it is followed by a feminine singular noun: una libra (one pound)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bfUno o un?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>uno<\/strong> is shortened to <strong>un<\/strong> when it is followed by a masculine singular noun: tengo un euro (I have one euro)<\/p>\n<p>Hundreds:<\/p>\n<p>100 cien 300 trescientos\u00a0 800 ochocientos<\/p>\n<p>101 ciento uno\u00a0 400 cuatrocientos 900 novecientos<\/p>\n<p>200 doscientos\u00a0 500 quinientos<\/p>\n<p>201 doscientos uno\u00a0 600 seiscientos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ciento<\/strong> is shortened to <strong>cien<\/strong> before a noun or an adjective but not before another number, except <strong>mil<\/strong> (thousand). Examples:<\/p>\n<p>cien estudiantes (a hundred students)<\/p>\n<p>ciento una familias (a hundred and one families)<\/p>\n<p>los cien mejores libros (the hundred best books)<\/p>\n<p>ciento treinta casas (a hundred and thirty houses)<\/p>\n<p>ciento un estudiantes (a hundred and one students)<\/p>\n<p>cien mil habitants (a hundred thousand inhabitants)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We hope we helped with the Spanish Numerals.
