Before you place the order please remember you are advised to read and understand these conditions.We do recommend you print and a keep these terms for your records because they affect your rights and liabilities.

Conditions of Use


We tried to make as easy as possible the purchased experience for you. Just browse through the product lists or services until you find what you want. Click on Add to Cart and then enter the quantity that you require. A running total will appear of what you have ordered in the shopping cart information box.
You can continue to add, amend or remove more items to your order as it is not confirmed until the secure page when you will be asked to enter payment details. After you have finished your selection, click on “Go to checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

 

Payment & Currencies


We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. These are processed online using the Paypal secure payment service. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).The total price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax.
The security of the service can be verified when you enter the secure server (via the order area) by clicking on the padlock which will appear on the bottom of your screen. This will supply details of the certificate we use and its authenticity.

Shipping and Handling


All orders are shipped either using Royal Mail or a carrier. For reasons of security when you order online, we will ship to the billing address that is linked to order. If this is not convenient, please contact us to Info
If no one is available when the carrier tried to deliver your order you may need to collect it from the local depot a card will be left with instructions on what you need to do.
We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery or, if no date has been agreed, within 30 days of the order date. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the delivery date we will contact you. If delivery cannot be made within 30 days of the given delivery date you will be entitled to either arrange a revised date or cancel the order and receive a full refund. If we are able to make delivery in advance of the given date we will contact you.
If the order is a multiple order and we are unable to make delivery of the whole order but are able to deliver part we will contact you, informing you of this, and delivery will be on a mutually agreed date. In this instance delivery will be said to be made in instalments. Each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and any failure by us to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these conditions, or any claim by you in respect of any one or more instalments will not entitle you to treat the contract as a whole as repudiated.
If we fail for any reason within our control to fully/partially deliver your Goods any reimbursement shall be no more than the price of the Goods, together with any delivery and/or reasonable return costs.
Either party is entitled to cancel the contract in respect of non-performance of obligations in relation to delivery. If cancelled we will refund you any monies already paid by you and any reasonable return costs incurred by you.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods


Every effort is made to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, but if this is not the case you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund.
If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods, please ensure that you contact us first by e-mailing us at Info
We will then give you a reference number and send a return postage paid label to allow you to return the goods at no cost. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Cancellation and Returns:


School-e Ltd customers may cancel their order (or any part of it) at any stage before it is delivered to the customer. Please note that it may not be possible to stop despatch of the products ordered and therefore customers will need to return the products in accordance with our returns police which can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Unless items are damaged or faulty when delivered, customers may only cancel pre-owned software and/or hardware orders if in the case of pre-owned software and/or hardware the items are in the same conditions they were in when we delivered them to you, have not been used by you (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them), are undamaged and, in the case of any game or other computer software, provided that it is still in the packaging when the game or other computer software was delivered.


For security reasons we take payment from your card when you order the goods. If you want to cancel the order before the goods are delivered we have to apply a 12% handling fee to cover the charges applied by the banks.

VAT is included at the standard rate.


Return of Unwanted Goods


We guarantee your satisfaction with all our products that you purchase from School-e Ltd. If in the exceptional event that you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you should contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods at info to arrange a full refund. Unwanted goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the goods being received by us. Bering in mind this guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
